The aim of ForestBeyond is to establish meeting and market places for Innovation, where researchers and industries can integrate with each other, thus making it possible to discover and take into account the long-term needs of industries.

 

The basic concept is to create a forum structured around a clearly defined subject, where researchers can network with different innovation partners in order to see the innovation potential of their own research for their future benefit. It is aimed at research institutes and excellence centres that are in the vicinity of the Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm (KTH).

 

Pia Wågberg at Innventia is the Project Manager, working in close cooperation with KTH Innovation, YKI, and SP, as well as interactively with EcoBuild, BiMacInnovation, iPack and WWSC.
