Microtomography films
The data sets originating from the new X-ray microtomograph at Innventia can be used to generate 3D-reconstructions of the objects under study. This is exemplified here with a volume reconstruction of two packaging materials: a corrugated board sample ad a liquid-packaging board.

Data sets can also be studied by producing sequences of 2D images through the sample, which is illustrated here with a measurement performed on the top of a spruce.
