Innventia is the ideal partner for ensuring that a newly developed product meets projected requirements with regard to mechanical stress.
Vibration testing represents an intelligent approach to verifying the appropriateness of materials and designs. Testing at the prototype stage can detect technical errors and quality deficiencies before they become costly.
Innventia operates one of the Nordic region’s most-advanced and best-equipped laboratories for mechanical and climatologic stress simulation. Our mechanical test capabilities encompass vibration, physical shock, compression and free fall conditions.

Our three electro-dynamic vibrators, two electro-hydraulic vibrators and a wide variety of control systems allow us to simulate almost all of the relevant global standards and meet virtually any customer need.
Electro-hydraulic vibrators (1-200Hz)
One of Innventia’s unique electro-hydraulic vibrators allows for simultaneous horizontal and vertical vibration testing at strokes of up to ±125 mm. The vibrator platform can be rotated to allow for testing at specific angles. Thanks to its stroke length this vibrator is able to simulate earthquakes in accordance with various standards.

Electro-dynamic vibrators (5-3000Hz)
The most common standards for electronically equipment have requirements of up to 2000Hz. To ensure compliance with the standards testing on electro-dynamic vibrators are a must. Innventia has three electro-dynamic vibrators that cover different force ranges and the largest of these is one of the most powerful in Scandinavia.
