Both flat-bed and rotary techniques are available for creasing and for die-cutting a technique has been developed with tools that are easy to change and economical to use.

A method developed by STFI-Packforsk is used to test the adhesion between paper and plastics. |

Hot tack tester
The ‘Hot tack’ tester deloped by STFI-Packforsk simulates the sealing operation in a packaging machine. Only small strips of packaging material are required for the testing.
